The roof work was completed, and as far as can be determined, was well done.  There was a problem with a portion of the fascia work.  A rotten piece of wood that should have been replaced was left in place and covered with a board that left a hole partially exposed. Also, going thru Angie's List, I should have received a repair credit.  I called the provider (3 times) to let them know that I should have received this credit.  I have not received it as of yet.  The provider was promptly paid as services were rendered.  I expect the same consideration when I am due a refund. My customer service experience has been less than ideal. The provider has decided not to honor its promotion as stated.  It also provided an inaccurate response when it stated that I would be sent the $100 for which the promotion called.  The company refunded me $49, which is less than half of what was expected.  I decided to go in another direction with the fascia work.  I am very disappointed in this company's lack of ethics in this matter.
This customer requested a repair, but ended up getting a complete roof replacement. We never received money from Angie's list to refund to customer. We have since sent $100 to (member name removed), and scheduled an appointment to take care of the fascia work.
They did the work exceptionally, got finished in one day and the quality control guy came and did further clean up. I had no issues with the work and the roof looks great!

Will never again use this company. Brian has terrible customer service.  Paul came out and did some repairs for us a while back, all but one of the leaks we repaired. 2-3 weeks ago I called Brian back to see when they would be back out to fix the one spot that is still leaking. He wanted to send out his insurance adjuster out to see if it was something we could claim (whole new roof) or if was just repair work. He deemed that it would simply be a few repairs and that he would schedule out Paul to come back out. 2 weeks no one showed. Called back and left a message for Brian, 5 days with no return phone call. So I called him back today?. Brian - ?Im sorry, I never got back with you Mr. Gordin, however I don?t think there is much more we can do for your business.? ME - Im sorry can you please explain that, it is just a leak (which I have already paid you for) and some shingle repairs. Brian ? ?It is just a little to far for my guys to get out to you in Southaven? ME ? Are you kidding me? They have already been out here twice, and for that matter we are 10 minutes from the Memphis City Limit. WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND/USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
I don't blame you at all. I sent you a message to your "contact us" tab on your website. You are absolutely correct on everything you wrote. I handled that completely wrong. Since the ice storms, we are about a month out on repairs, and it is very difficult to get out there. I should have made an extra effort to do so, but I felt like we wasted enough of your time. You deserved better service than this. I emailed you an apology this morning. I repeat it here. Had I handled this better from the beginning, you would have had this fixed by now. Please accept my sincerest apology. Brian
It was great. Â He was there on time, assessed the roof, found the nail that was causing the leak and finished within an hour!
Very responsive to calls, there were issues from the trim work that they responded to within an hour, very impressed.

I am so sorry for your experience. I do feel compelled to add some information that you neglected to point out. Specifically, that we fought this in court, and I won. You appealed the original judgment, then you settled for the entire amount, minus a light fixture that we didn't do. The choice to settle was yours. you had every opportunity to make these accusations to the court, but chose not to. We both agreed in legal documents that the entire matter is settled. It seems disingenuous to settle in full, then continue to post one sided reviews that ignore huge details. Several months after our settlement, your roof (along with thousands of other roofs in the area) experienced an "ice dam" and leaks due to the snow. I have an iron clad warranty. However, please be fair, you have not contacted me about this. I only know of your leaks through your various attempts to discredit me on social media. I even texted you to remind you that I will honor my warranty. Your husband advised me that you would be filing another claim with your insurance company. You can't accurately insinuate that I did not honor my warranty, when I called YOU and offered to tend to this. We build or repair over 2000 roofs per year. I wish I could tell you every customer is free of honest disagreement. And, to be fair, I believe our disagreements were honest. I have an A+ rating with Angies List and the Bureau because I always strive to settle disputes honestly, and in most cases in favor of the customer. Unfortunately, our disagreements required the courts to decide. I regret that. I am truly sorry that we couldn't have parted as friends. Please also allow me to state publicly what I texted you last month....I will still honor my warranty if you call me.
