They did a wonderful job. They did a very good job. We were very pleased with them. The clean up, just the overall service was excellent. They cleaned up everything, there was not much left other. They just did an excellent job, they truly did. They were in line with price with everyone else, but they were a little bit better.

He was a nice guy. A real nice guy. He worked on someone's house about 3 or 4 down from us. He just happened to see that their were some shingles that were off. He just stopped by, he was not trying to push anything. He said, I just want to let you know. I went and looked and was like Oh my goodness. He said, here is my number. I said can you fix it. I don't want them miss and matched. He said let me go see. He did and did all that. He fixed it for like $50.00, If he hadn't stopped, we would not have known. I would use him again. At least I know a roofer that is honest. If he had not stopped.

Not sure they follow ethical business practices. I feel like my roof was rushed. After completion I had several concerns about the job done, but I was told "its normal" and "its fine" one issue they did agree needed to be fixed, and that some one would be out soon. I was also told a "quality control' person would be out to make sure a good job was done and to leave warranty papers. A month passed and no one showed up. I called and they said it would be fixed the next day. Been several more weeks and I have heard nothing... no quality inpection, no warranty papers, and no fix to the problem we agreed was the problem. No messages answered. Its been almost 2 months.

Contractor made contact. We developed a plan. The workers showed up on time. They completed the repair quickly. The price was fair.
