Pat and his Matrix firm did an impressively fine job. Before hiring his firm, there were full discussions & helpful tutorials from Pat on what he and his team would do in cleaning the 1st & 2nd floor carpets in our home. Consequently, we received what we expected and our expectations were high. While not the lowest cost, Matrix was competitive. No question however: the value for the $ was the excellent.
