Patrick was on time and did an exceptional job, when I spoke to their office to get an estimate I told them I had a dual recliner, they quoted me a price and I accepted, fast forward and Patrick completes the work proceeds to tell me that for a dual recliner they charge as if it was a sofa, added $20 to the cost, I paid, but didn t tip,

Sorry you feel that way Laura, you stated on the HomeAdvisor work order you had 3 recliners. When we arrived it was a sofa and two chairs. Cleaning a sofa recliner is more work. We priced at a grouping instead of per piece So you could save money.

Every time Pat from Matrix leaves after cleaning my carpets, I ask myself why I don't have him come more often! The carpets look amazing when he is done with them. Pat and his staff are also friendly and reliable. I recommend highly and without reservation!

For more than 20 years I have hired carpet cleaning services, and have never been quite pleased with the quality of their services. They were average (some below or worst) but they were not great. Now, after my service with Matrix Cleaning Systems, I can say that I have found a truly great carpet/rug/runner cleaning company!! And they are going to be cleaning my home moving forward!! From the first contact with Patrick (the owner) to the time he walked out the door, he had a customer-focused attitude. He isn't your "traditional" carpet cleaning service, and his techniques for removing stains and ground-in dirt were amazing!! In fact, I had small urine stains from one of our kittens from a year ago on a 10-year-old couch that two cleaning services could never completely get out. It was "cleaned" but still had the circles and darkened spots in places. I was ready to toss and purchase a new one when enter Patrick. He went to work on the stains and after putting on the spot remover, sanitizing, then doing the cleaning, he made the couch look brand new!!! No kidding. The rest of the cleaning, from the carpets, area rugs, and runners looked as if I had just purchased them. If you need carpet cleaning (and other types of cleaning such as clean up from a flood, etc.) then you should call Matrix Cleaning Systems. You will not be disappointed!!!
