Pat responded quickly and helpfully to my initial inquiry, gave me a solid estimate of time and price, and scheduled the work right away. He and his helper arrived on time, set up in a location convenient to us, and cleaned our antique rug perfectly. I hope to do business with Matrix again and highly recommend them.

I hired Matrix Cleaning Systems for both water removal services in my basement, then also had them do carpet cleaning work. I liked the way Patrick clearly communicated exactly what he proposed to do and at what price. He did a very thorough job at a reasonable rate and within the time frame promised. He also was very respectful to me and my property. Matrix will be my first call when water removal or carpet cleaning is needed.
