I never had my carpets professionally cleaned. What a difference! I will be leaving it to the pros from now on. All the spots are gone and the carpets look fabulous! They also cleaned my 25 year old area rug. It looks like new and the old pet smells are gone too. Great job. I will definitely use Matrix again!

The contractor came to my house damaged the railings, try to leave without letting me know of it. I addressed to him and his response was that he needed me to mail an invoice, he is making me deal with more expenses, time, and energy, I can email it or text it to him. or he can come to pay directly what I had already paid for for the damages he caused. when I addressed him he stated that he was willing to pay up to $100.00. I was charge $75.00 and I am demanding that payment.

Stephanie Matrix Cleaning Systems has been in business for going on 35 years. Like any other company that has been in business for that long, there will be an accident that happens. We did not hide anything. We nicked a rail coming up from the basement after we just cleaned it. When I came back into the house after putting all our equipment away. I told you about it. I asked if you had any paint from your painter to touch it up. You told me no. Which is weird because your painter was there. I said send me an invoice you refuse to do it. Again send me an invoice and I will pay it.
