"Luis was able to meet my tight schedule to have: windows repaired so I could get approved for my FHA loan. He closed up a 2nd fl window from the outside (it was already closed up from the inside). He replaced missing end capping to the 2nd fl windows and painted them so everything matched. And he added siding to a window on the 1st fl that was not properly finished. Thanks Luis!"

"In addition to the installation of a light, they also installed a medicine cabinet. Both needed some additional work- installation of a junction box and hole needed in a plastered wall; filling in of extra space around medicine cabinet rough opening. They also replaced some wood trim around a large tool shed. Job came out great. They were professional and conscientious to take care within my home. Tom and Mike did a very nice job."

"Had 3 installers bid on replacement of 5 windows. LWS was the lowest and offered the best warranty (20 years). They also directed me to Cardinal corp, the company where they purchased the windows. I was impressed with the quality of the glass and even upgraded 2 large fixed windows they were replacing. The other two bids were from well known companies and did not have the warranty (5 years and 10 years). The other 2 bids were $450 and $1000 more than LWS. It's not always wise to go with the lowest bidder but had a great experience with them. They were respectful and neat and did a great job."

"Joaquin Sanchez is very hard-working. He was cooperative and very interested in pleasing the customer. He did a great job in cleaning up the exterior of my home. Joaquin needs a better rain suit because he got very wet during the process of pressure washing the house. I would recommend him to do this work. He does need to be more careful around the motion detector lights."

"Dan remodeled a stagnet room which only had 1 window. The room setting around it is 100% wooded. He created a completely glass wall overlooking the forrest. He removed an old sliding glass door in the room and framed a platform for a modern direct vent gas fireplace. He then installed floor to ceiling windows on each side. He managed all electrical and plumbing in the room to accomodate the new fireplace. He also installed the new cedar siding to complete the job. ALL UNDER OUR BUDGET for this project. Dans vision, work ethic, punctuality/reliability and quaility of work is second to NONE!!! Contracting Dan/Gale Force is a NO BRAINER HERE! "Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! If you are looking for a door or window installer, you will find Todd to be professional, as well as very knowledgeable about, and experienced in this work. He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. I'm glad we hired Todd, and we feel so much warmer and more secure in our home because of his help."

He replaced the rollers on my patio door last year and when it recently started getting hard to close again he came right back out and made the adjustments to get it back on track. And he didn't charge me, saying that his work is guaranteed for a year. Nowadays it is getting harder and harder to find good people who do good work and stand behind it.
