Charles and his crew were awesome. They repaired a leak, recoated the roof and repaired the sheetrock in the garage. We are very happy with the quality of the work. There price are very competitive.

Charles, the owner, made sure they kept to the time line he gave me up front; workers arrived on time; did excellent work; were neat; and coordinated with my solar people on removing panels that were in the way of doing a proper job of foaming the roof. The workers were pleasant and even went above and beyond when they realized that the TV tech, who needed to get up on the roof to check the satellite, was not going to replace the bad cables and shamed him into doing the replacement. The workers had already told me, when I said that the TV was out and someone was coming to fix the problem and needed to be on the roof, that the cables were frayed and old. They took photos for me before the tech arrived and then, made sure to properly coat the new cables to give them more of a life span, after he left. I could not have had a better team out here.

Took pictures on his 1st visit and outlined completely what needed to be done in the final quote. After his initial visit, we e mailed back and forth for an estimate and date for the project and he always responded immediately to any questions I had. He was most professional, competitive in pricing, and friendly. He and his team are hard workers and cleaned up very nicely after the work was completed. They will be replacing my tile roof overhang in the front of my house in a few weeks. I highly recommend this company. It seemed that Charles supervised and completed the work as he would if it were his own house....very commendable and ethical company. Five stars from me for sure. Thank you Charles! After a few timing issues Charles and crew did a really good job. Very polite and considerate. I would definitely use MSW again. I have been using a lot of contractors lately doing a remodel and I wish they could all be like MSW.
