We'd been told by another roofer we needed to replace the roof, which did leak badly. MSW, however, found another solution that cost us a lot less money. Robert also did extra work to make sure rain water drained better and refoamed a couple of spots he hadn't anticipated working on. He showed up on time, showed us pictures of everything and his price was fair (it was exactly what he quoted). We will definitely use MSW in the future.

Robert was fantastic, a true lifesaver. We are selling our home, Robert came out, gave us an estimate to ONLY do the required work NOT extra work like other roofing companies wanted me to do (i.e. fixed only water damaged wood NOT replace all the wood on the roof). His folks were extremely polite and their work was extremely thorough. If you don't use MSW for your roofing needs, you are missing out and paying too much. I strongly recommend them

Robert was very prompt to contact us initially and came out to see what had to be done the very next morning. I could't be more happy with his service and communicating. The tenants in the house were pleased that there was absolutely no mess left for them to deal with and said the workers were very courteous. I guess I won't know if the repair was successful in fixing the water leaks until we get another rain but for now it looks much better than it did when it was brand new. I would not hesitate to call Robert again.

Robert and his crew did an excellent, professional job. They showed up as scheduled, answered all my anxious questions, did the work, and cleaned up the debris. I even got a paper copy of the 5 year warranty hand delivered by Robert, as I requested. I will use them also when it is time to paint my house.
