Charles McNeill at MSW Contracting delivered everything he promised. He gaves us a quote on resealing all the protusions through our shingled roof (AC unit, vents, etc), and sealing our rolled flat roofing. His crew showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. The work was done cleanly. And the leaks were fixed!!! Multiple AC and roofing professional had come out to try to fix the leaks coming from the ducts on the roof - this had been an ongoing problem since we purchased the home in 2002. MSW Contracting fixed it. We had an inch of rain yesterday - the interior was dry. Thank you Charlie and your crew!

Robert called right away to schedule. I got over 6 bids from other roofing companies, these guys offered a very reasonable bid and a 10 year warranty. I needed a total overhaul on my entire flat roof. They Arrived right on time. Very professional and honest. They took many before and after videos and pictures. I would highly recommend them and use again.

Robert is very professional and did the roof coating exactly as I expected. MSW also provided me with a 5 year written warranty. Other roofing companies wanted more money, but with a 2 year warranty.

I was especially impressed with his straight forward estimate and contract language: Each procedure was clearly detailed in writing from start to finish, all materials were listed and included in the price, no advance retainer was required, and no payment due until satisfactory completion of the work. The price was competitive, and they finished the job on a timely basis. I would recommend MSW and plan to employ them on any roofing work in the future.

Charles and his team did great work.

Easy to work with, very observant to all problem areas, and willing to fix areas without trying to push refoaming whole roof. Company had best rating of the three I got estimates from (4.88), also had the best price. They came with a small army of workers and knocked the job out in one day. I will use this company again when the roof needs recoating in about five years.
