If you would like to pay pretty much top dollar, this is the company. If you would like to get a lower than expected job, this is the company. If you would like to save some money and get a nice job, call somebody else. If you deal with these guys, get everything in writing. If you discuss anything out of bounds of original contract, get it in writing. A handshake deal with this company is worthless, they have a tendency of forgetting term of discussions not in writing. If they ask to leave their equipment on your job site, tell them no. They left their skid-loader on my front lawn for almost a month, dump truck at the curb for a couple weeks - and leaking diesel fuel. DO NOT give these guys cash. You will have no recourse for unfinished or unacceptable work. DO NOT give them beer. Their work gets worse after a couple. And they do not clean up after themselves. They started the job late (after start date). During the job, they left for days at a time to do other jobs. They came when they wanted to and left their stuff in my yard. I spent a ton with these guys thinking they would make things right. I was wrong, and I certainly am sorry I dealt with them. Really, find someone else.

Oddest company I have ever work with. I have had numerous issues working with M and M Management Property on a simple walk way install. Issues Include: -Failing to provide a written estimate -Failing to provide a copy of contract -Invoicing for more than what was quoted -Not performing all work which was quoted and agreed upon -Performing work outside of work quoted(removed garden bed and put concrete over it directly against house without anything in between to allow for movement between walkway and house) -Leaving gravel over grass areas in yard(yellowing/killing grass underneath) -Leaving mixed concrete on numerous patches on lawn(concrete had adhered to lawn destroying certain areas -Left ditches around walkways -Left dug-up dirt on lawn The only positive is that the walkways look nice. I would rather have gone with another company and avoided all of the issues which I have to resolve now (including those which were quoted and not completed) They requested $2500 cash to start without a contract or reliable way to contact them. Do not give this company cash. (Check only-this way you can verify receipt of payments and cancel if necessary). Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. Do not trust the pictures or nice personality. Other companies can do this work without creating so many issues.

Unsatisfied with work and the problems caused by it. causing us stress and sleepless nights

Leo is great with customer service and responsive. He and Santiago were always patient with my questions, and wanted to make it exactly right so I would be happy. They created a beautiful stamped concrete patio and were willing to work with me to find the best way to achieve the look I wanted. I am pleased with their work and will use them again.

Leo and his team did an excellent job on the concrete at the entrance to our garage and also threw in a concrete slab needed at the back door of the garage. They went beyond the contract, where they saw other details needed. They are hard workers and friendly, and take pride in doing an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

He did a very good job on the concrete. He was very respectful as far as informing me as to what he was going to do

Very great to work with. Friendly and polite. Did a great job repairing and extending my driveway. I would highly recommend Leo and will use him again in the future.
