"Charles was on time and very respectful of our home. He did a great job and even though there was a hiccup where he had to run to Home Depot (due to a prior issue from a different handyman) he did not ask for anything except payment for the additional parts at cost. I would and will hire them going forward!!"

"I submitted my request on a Sunday mid-morning and was called within the hour. He showed up the following morning and completed my repairs, and I was charged the price I was quoted on the phone even though he found some additional repair work was necessary in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Otto's to a friend. Great ,fast ,friendly service I wish all contractors were this prompt in response."
