Leo and his crew did a great job! We had to get our patio and steps installed before the end of the year. Leo jumped right on it and stayed on it completing it in a couple of days. They ran across a couple of surprises but worked with us to come up with a good solution. I will hire these guys again. The finished product is excellent.

Leo is great to work with, very professional. I hired his company to install a wood gate in my driveway. They came on time, finished the job, and my gate is beautiful. I wouldn't hire anyone else. I plan on hiring them next year to repair some concrete work near the house. Thank you Leo

Leo and his crew removed an existing fence and replaced it with a new vinyl fence. He also framed out a shed entry door and cleaned up the job site within the time frame that was quoted us. We were very well pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of their work. We would work with Leo and M & M Property Management again.

Leo is super professional. I hired him to put up a fence and i ended up hiring him to build a deck a pour concrete. His team did a great job. No complaints here. Planning to hire him for other projects.

This company couldn't have worked harder to please me. I had a 1984 patio replaced and it was a lot of work. It turned out to be almost 3 days, but the guys never stopped what they were doing. Cleanup was A+ and I'm fussy. I have been a homeowner for 48 years and this company is one that will be in my address book.

They came when promised & completed the job within the timeline. Very willing to listen to concerns & work with me.

This company should be called Mess and Mismanagement! Hired them in the fall of 2018 to pour concrete for walkway and patio. They worked like it was a side-job and were not focused at all, had to call them numerous times to start the work and keep constant watch to keep them focused. Once started they poured concrete in so much haste, the workers were still leveling the gravel and tamping it down and the owner, Leo ordered the concrete truck which came within an hour. The workers were saying they needed few hours to tamp the ground with mechanical tamper but since the concrete truck was already there they had no time to do it anymore. While pouring the concrete they made so much mess in the back yard. They were not prepared and did not bring their buckets and randomly emptied out our buckets and any pots they found in our backyard. Some of these were filled with decorative stones and pebbles which they just dumped and spread everywhere. After they finished pouring concrete Leo the owner said that they will come back in the spring of 2019 and will seal and stain the concrete. The concrete started developing cracks within 3 months. I contacted Leo almost every week to tell him about the situation but he never answered his phone. I called him from a different number and was able to get hold of him and told him what was happening. He promised to come take a look but he never came. Tried calling him many time over and over again, and he made appointment to come over and see on June 26th, he said he put it on his calendar but it is September 5th today and I have not heard from him at all. The concrete is CRACKING everywhere, the walkway looks RAW since they never sealed and stained it. It is a total MESS. I generally do not write reviews like this but this is too much. I kept giving them chance after chance so they can fix their wrong doing but their action proves that they are not responsible or capable or professional to do their job. Please be aware and careful if you hire or work with them.
