LoneStar Environmental Mold Assessment Consultant, Lance Neidigkl, was excellent in all areas (5 rating) and highly recommend him and LoneStar Environmental over any Mold Testing Companies. Lance thoroughly reviewed three failed lab test reports from the Mold Test Company I initially hired, together with his inspection report, and concluded all four lab test reports indicate a clear and satisfactory air quality. I hired LoneStar Environmental because I believe I was being scammed.. Thank you Lance and LoneStar Environmental for your honesty and professionalism. Lance was very professional and reached out to let me know he had an earlier appointment available and was able to get to us the same day we spoke. Upon arrival, he was very cordial and a we walked through our home assessing the situation, Lance clearly exhibited a wealth of knowledge and shared useful information in a meaningful way. It gave me peace of mind after we had some water damage from a storm and there was a delay in getting my new roof. Gratefully the air quality was very good. The technician even offered to change my air filter on my HVAC. How kind! He was on time and followed up promptly.

In the beginning, I did not expect him charged twice for one project. He came first for testing, and when the house was finished treated he came back to make the sure the job done good he charged again. He needs to say cheese to the customer from beginning.
