Lance was very quick to respond. He was able to come out and help us so that we could keep moving forward with repairs to our house after the freeze. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. He even followed up soon after just to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Lance. He was patient and thorough. I had a plumber on site so I was trying to manage both processes. Lance was very professional and is licensed in Texas. What sets Lance apart from his competitors is the fact that he can draft a protocol if the mold test determines one is needed! This is a HUGE advantage as you will be able to work with qualified remediation companies from that point forward instead of General Contractors trying to come in and tear apart your home!
