We work with Johnny at Logistic Pro at least a few times a month and every experience has been easy, quick and professional. Thanks Johnny!

They did a terrific job. So efficient and took care of wrapping everything securely and inventoried everything perfectly! Highly recommend!!

This was the worst logistics company I have ever seen. Dates kept changing for the delivery of furniture for my disabled and elderly parents who had no furniture for weeks because of this company. When they finally showed up the NJ company that brought it, told them if they could not find more people to help the two drivers unload, they would take their furniture back to Denver. They left all the boxes and wrapping. They refused to touch anything until they had a check in hand and then still asked for a Tip. Amit blows smoke up because he thinks you are not smart. He is located in Miami and not even in CO. Do not cry if you use them because you have been warned.

I was told my shipment would. Arrive between 15-18 days and a max of 21 days. When I did not hear anything after 20 days, I kept calling and no one would return my calls or emails. Finally, I called and got someone who said he was the owner. He told me he has no one to deliver my stuff from Boston to New Hampshire but he would keep looking. After 42 days my stuff arrived - missing a few things. I have been reaching out to them to get a reimbursement for the stuff I had to buy in the interim but no response.

Logistic Pro did a great job packing and loading my furniture. The workers were professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We moved out of state and Logistic Pro had great reviews. The loading crew damaged a number of items. I did not realize this until we unpacked. The good part is that they got most of our items to our new house in fine condition and the unloading crew did a good job. I was able to look in the loading truck and things were haphazardly stacked, and it was clear that no care was taken in the loading process. I could see that the other loads in the truck had been loaded with similar haste. As expected, not much help from them. I called the company regarding the complaints, and they referred me to movingclaims.com. I am not expecting much in return. Overall? Pretty disappointed with this service.

So many things went wrong with our move with Logistic Pro Movers. The biggest problem we did not learn about until our goods were delivered from an entirely different company is that Logistic Pro is only a broker and they sold themselves over the phone, with our contract and everything on their website indicated they were interstate movers. They promised to be with us throughout the whole move. They do have some staff and a small truck so they take their deceit to a full extreme. They no longer were available to contact when we noticed damaged furniture and we could no longer access our initial agreement that had our rights and responsibility paperwork, but never in any agreement or any other paperwork or emails were we told about other moving companies they hire to do the work. In fact they prided themselves on having full time staff and no day labor like other companies and that is why we used them. We we have duped and sold a scam. The movers they had do the job were awful and provided poor service. Not all services were performed per the agreement. Some furniture was left unassembled and movers left a heap of trash behind. We have asked for a copy of our original agreement that we once had access to that Logistic Pro has blocked for some reason. I do not know if it had the complaint process on there or not. I do not think it did, but I said I wanted to file a claim and I have heard nothing. Only recently since filing a complaint with DOT and leaving some other accurate bad reviews they sent an email that gave us back our access to our initial agreement. They prided themselves on their status with Home adviser as a Mover not a broker. I never would have used them if I had known they were scamming brokers. They need to be stopped and put out of business. The bill of lading came from Logistic Pro, but should not it have been provided from the actual moving company. We have no idea how many moving companies were involved with our move, but the company that unloaded our stuff was US Expert Movers. We were very unimpressed with them, but if Logistic Pro Inc wants to maintain there scam of being a long distance mover vs a broker, they should at least hire reputable companies to represent them so people will only be surprised by the scam of Logistics false advertising, but it's upsetting to have rude and careless service by a company who has been hired to do a moving job cheaply because they have a poor reputation and Logistic gives low ball offers to get moving jobs and does not care about the quality of work received as long as they have been paid. Save yourself the trouble and pay a little more to get a true mover and not a broker.

Response from Company:

Hello, we are definitely not a brokerage firm. Our crew came to your home in CO with our name and logo on their shirts and face masks and our truck had a rap with our name and logo all over the truck! Brokers don't have trucks or crews, that's a false information. We had your belongings in our facility and ship it with a carrier to OR. The contract and payments were all with us you never delt with another carrier. We had our estimator coming to your home prior move day and it was a flat rate move( the smart way to move) we never asked for additional money nor hidden fees or games. We delivered in a timely manner in OR as we promised.

Boxes crushed, poor records management, and driver made the unloading team rush so he could get back on the road. All and all an unhappy experience. Spend a little more and get one of the majors to move your things.

There were a few issues that happened during our move but the entire Logistics Pro team took care and handle the issues like professionals. Everything was professionally handled and would hire and recommend this company again.

From start to finish, poor communication, hidden agenda. I was told that I should have read fine print. Damaged tv, but they denied it.Did not clean up messes...Over charged us.

Response from Company:

hello, we are very sorry you had bad experience with us. we are really trying to satisfy our customers and our reviews say it all. i was personally talked and text with you daily those 9 days before you received your shipment so we really update you on any step. we delivered your belongings in NC 9 days past the first available date so that was as promised ahead. we send you the claim information the next day after delivery date on 8/22 and we do take responsibility for damage items. if anything more we can do please contact us anytime. thank you Amit Levy Dispatch- Logistic pro inc
