The move went fine but what the foreman did was absolutely amazing. We moved Dad to an assisted living home. He did not want to go and was fighting and arguing for days. He was making it very difficult and the day of the move it got real bad. Our foreman told his helpers to go outside and take a break. He then spent over a half hour talking to Dad. He told him the story of his Mom. Same thing with her. She fought and argued about going to the home. He started telling Dad about how much his Mom liked where she was at now and told Dad story after story of what his Mom did there. It was helping some but then came the pictures on his phone, of his Mom with her new friends. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Dad calmed down quite a bit and yes now is enjoying his new home. Thanks so much

Solid group. I liked that they include in their price pad wrapping with moving blankets and than shrink wrap to hold the blankets in place during the move. Others told me that would be extra

Showed up on time, courtous drivers, however, underestimated space needed on truck therefore had to leave behind several household items.

You are better off using another service. This company is awful to work with. I moved 14 items and two months later on half have shown up. They do not take accountability for their mistakes and surely do not care about their customers. For the pieces of furniture that did show up, they were flipping and turning them on their corners after I explicitly told them they were 200-year-old antiques. Not only that, they were begging for tips. I still have to call the truck driver and another manager at the company to try figure out where the rest of my stuff is and if I will ever see it again.

They wont reimburse you for what they owe. They made a delivery date promise and then once they had my stuff they went back on the agreement. My delivery was over 10 days late, so we slept on the floor.
