Write a ReviewWe had a great experience with Level Engineering. Scott was very easy to work with and responsive to our revisions. We were taking down the wall between the kitchen and living room and needed an engineer to create plans to support the structural load. It took us a while to find a contractor to do the job and when we did he recommended a specific support beam. Scott was great about accommodating our General Contractor's request and drawing up the plans accordingly. The county was very unorganized and kept coming back to us with specific details they wanted on the plans. Scott was great about making these changes and emailing them quickly so the job could move forward. We would definitely work with Level Engineering again and highly recommend them.
Travis Smith is wonderful
They can do the inspection needed, but they do not do any work for repair on small jobs.
Very helpful. Provided me with drawing and advice on the materials to use
I hired this company to get a structural report for a house I was trying to purchase. The report was incomplete and did not address the needed repairs to the property to make it structurally sound. I lost the deal on the house because the engineer sent his incomplete report to the listing agent and then went out of town the same day and was unable to revise it.
Licensed engineer's opinions are sought after and valued for the very reason that they are licensed by the State. Such licenses require, in addition to a proven expertise - honesty, integrity and a high ethical standard. The reason an engineer's letter of findings has value is that it can be relied on. It is an honest, expert opinion of the facts. When someone's intention is to pay (buy?) an engineer to manipulate the facts on a property for financial gain and attempt to coerce falsehood or a stretching of the truth in order to make out financially (and damage other parties), they should pass us by because they will be disappointed in the result. We don't modify our findings for a price. If we did, we wouldn't be licensed engineers ? To be clear, we want to help identify structural issues that impact the value of a property so that our client is aware and can make better decisions. We are here to help, to be your advocate; however, we will not overstate or misstate the truth. Lastly, we have been in home building, construction, civil & structural engineering for 30+ years. I think the phrase is: we didn't just fall of the turnip truck.
Very thorough and honest. Assessed the damages to my home and offered me a variety of options. Recommended the one he thought would suit our needs best.
Very helpful. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
Looked a what we needed him to . A little pricey.
