Reviews
Write a ReviewWe were impressed how quickly we were able to have Scott come out and take a look at our foundation issues and answer our questions. His inspection was very thorough and professional, we would definitely use Level Engineering again and recommend them. FYI, I first accidentally reviewed LE under "Inspect a Home" by mistake, Home Advisor didn't help me navigate to the correct category.

The engineers did a great job of taking our preferences into account and worked with us to develop the best solution given our goals and what they had to work with.
Very quick response
Very nice and professional. We only had timeline issues, but everyone is busy I guess.
He showed up with a trainee to give his recommendations on my foundation issues. At the end of the inspection, he told me to send him my builder structural warranty and he would review it against his findings. He did not do this in the report nor when I phoned him after receiving the report. I did received the report in a timely manner. As I had questions after reading the report about items he did not include in the report as discussed the day of the insoection, I phoned, and emailed him, 14 times. After several weeks of trying to reach him, he finally called me back and would not provide answers to the items we had discussed he would cover at the inspection nor was he knowledgeable in these areas. He talked the talk, but in no way did he walk the walk. $475 for a substandard, disappointing "inspection." Of course, nonrefundable.
Incredibly helpful.
Level engineering was responsive, quick and detailed. We had a walk-thru of the property and a stamped, design within a couple weeks. I would use them again for another project.
