Lance Brewer handled the home inspection for me and did a fantastic job. He gave me thorough, concise answers to my questions and was totally professional and good natured in his demeanor, despite the heat in the unairconditioned home. The report Lance prepared was EXCELLENT and was far more detailed than expected. I am very pleased with Lance's work and report...and that satisfaction also applies to Legendary Home Inspections. I highly recommend both to anyone in need of a home inspection. P.S. On a more personal note, Lance was very kind to assist me (and my rickety knees) in getting down some rickety steps. Also, as I had to leave before the inspection was over, Lance locked up the home and also closed the gate to the property, which must have been a royal pain because it, too, is rickety AND heavy.
