Lance was prompt in replying to my request and worked around my schedule. He was honest and informative and explained what I needed to fix before sending report in to insurance company. He offered to come back at no additional charge to retake photos of the issues that needed repair once the repairs were completed. I highly recommend him.

Lance was very wonderful and very communicative, He always followed up and I'm not sure we would've even gotten the inspection done without his follow up. We had him inspect our new build and he found issues that our inexperiwpuld not have found (hot/cold switched, leak under sink, hole in roof insulation, etc). He opened every door, window, appliance available and pressed all of the buttons to ensure everything was working. He was also very meticulous with finding exposed nails along the trim, and issues with the paint and caulking. Highly recommend, thank you Lance!

Lance got here on time & listened to voncerns I had before gettingstartedon the property, We had already chatted twice about issues I had spotted around the house & he made me aware he would check everything thoroughly. He definitely did. He spent time going through everything in the house, under the house (it is modular) & on the roof. Actually helped spot a p-trap that was not connected properly under the house where water was accumulating in insulation & the vapor barrier. He was here at least 3 hours. Afterward, same day, he sent out a very inclusive list of what he saw while here, & the issues where clearly stated & broken down by area & section of the home. It will make it far easier for me to turn problems into the manufacturer to be repaired this way. His email included a ton of pictures showing exactly where the problems are. If I ever need inspection services in the future I would absolutely contact him agsin & trust him on any property I owned.
