Technician was on time and completed the sump pump replacement is less than 1 hour. Cost of sump pump seemed high when compared to sump pump prices at Home Depot and Lowes.

Explained what the situation was in detail and needed a furnace technician and was sent a plumber who was good at plumber not a technician and which I paid the service fee to, but my issue was not resolved.
