Very good and completed the job in a timely manner. They refunded my money when they couldn’t do electrical work that was quoted so I appreciated the refund and open communication.

They came very quickly and answered all of my questions. They didn't try to up-sell me on something more expensive than what I needed, and they did a great job replacing my AC when it died. They also checked in with me a few days later to make sure things were still working ok. Really fantastic!

Water heater broke Friday, had new one installed by Monday afternoon.

I have worked in construction as a carpenter and cabinet maker for 49 years. I have had my own business too. All the good craftsmanship and expertise was for nothing because they did not start on time and did not inform us until the day of and I had to call them. They left the job( incomplete) on Thursday saying correctly that the parts they needed( thermostatic valves) would not be at their supplier until Friday afternoon, so the lead mechanic and I agreed Monday. 11:00 am Monday and I have to contact them, again, to find out why they re not here. I actually do understand how, in the construction industry, things can suddenly change. I get it, been there, and done that, and all I need is the phone call/ text message letting me know there ll be another delay, in a timely manner. When you have got family members rearranging their schedule on the fly and the contractor doesn t show nor call you, the only thing you have got in your favor is they have not received their money. That s a lousy way to exist. If they had only kept in touch I would be scoring them with 5 s.
