"Ralph is *A*W*E*S*O*M*E*!! You cant go wrong with HVWP. Seriously, I have already posted positive praise on many group chants including NextDoor. I dont usually go out of my way like this unless it really is called for. We lost water at 5pm on Monday - Ralph was first to call from HomeAdvisor. I'm fairly handy, so Ralph first spent time assessing the situation with me... ON THE PHONE! We 90% figured that it was either a shorted pump or the wire to the pump. Then the discussion of cost and timing started. Both my wife and I are old-school marketers and hence automatically require we have at least 3 competitive bids when doing anything major in the home. The difference is Ralph spent the time answering my questions, openly discussed different options, plus provided insight to competitors pricing. [hint - Ralph left the install business and worked the other side as sales rep for ten years ... then came back to start and run his own company. He knows everybody, and has seen it all - what works and what doesn't work... and why.] Bottom line - Ralph knows that as with most industries, he is in a sales business that is built on relationships... and the more straight-forward, honest and responsive you are, the better the relationship. Ralph was patient with me because I was honest and told him I needed to get competitive bids. Once we had our final conversation at 830pm, he agreed to come between 830 and 9am the next morning. He was there at 845 (from Danbury - Im in N Stamford) and after confirmation that it was the wiring/and or pump, job was done before noon. That's right - he is not going to just replace everything... only what is needed, and he will let you know if there is an alternate option. Without detailing actual price, everything was as we discussed, and he came in under what I had estimated. What more can you ask? Oh - and did I mention Ralph is the kind of guy you would be proud to have as a friend? THANK YOU RALPH!"

"I really appreciated Tom's responsiveness to my original inquiry. I received another estimate and called Tom to discuss the differences along with the pros and cons. Tom was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Duane was the gentleman who did the install. He was very prompt and professional."
