We need help with the EZ Alteration Permit in the City of Philadelphia to renovate a house we own. Mr. Mikaeel completed the structural assessment, prepared the required plans, and all the paperwork to obtain the permit. He followed up very well with the City inspector until we obtained the permit. We will will hire him again and again for any work with in Philadelphia. He makes our life easier dealing with the City.

I hired Mina Mikaeel to do a structural inspection of a Property that had cracks in all walls of the unfinished basement I was going to buy on 12/17/2019. He did the inspection and showed me the problems. I paid him and then he said if you have any further questions please call me. I had 2 follow up questions and I called him the next day like 4 times left him 2 voice messages and texted him once between 9 am to 6 pm, he never bothered to call me back or talk to me. So once he has your money he will not even talk to you. If you want that kind of service please hire him otherwise please stay away from Kiro Engineering. I would not recommend them at all.

Hired few companies for survey. He was the first one to reply. Very knowledgeable young man. Will let you know if it's worth to spend the money and how much. Knows his field very well. There is a $300.00 fee but it's absolutely worth it. Would recommend him to others. He gave us few options how to build and what will it cost us.

We have a settlement problem that caused many cracks at the foundation walls. We hired Kiro. They have many options for inspections with different prices with flexible payments methods. They came quickly, they spent about one hour inspecting the basement and the crawlspace. Mr. Mina explained the issue clearly and the options for repairs. He is very knowledgeable. We were impressed with their detailed report with photos and information.

Mina from Kiro Engineering, LLC responded immediately to my Homeadvisor query, sending detailed info about his services and their fees and his contact info. He did not pester me to make a decision, his rates were very reasonable, we scheduled an appointment quickly, and he completed his assessment promptly. Mina took the time to discuss his recommendations with my husband and me and assured us we could reach him on his cell if we had any further questions. He did not overcharge or try to push us to pay for more than we'd decided we could spend. It was a pleasure doing business with Mina!
