"Hired few companies for survey. He was the first one to reply. Very knowledgeable young man. Will let you know if it's worth to spend the money and how much. Knows his field very well. There is a $300.00 fee but it's absolutely worth it. Would recommend him to others. He gave us few options how to build and what will it cost us."
