He looked at it on Saturday, came to do the job on Tuesday, it rained Wednesday & poured Thursday & Friday, Thanks to Sam No Flooding issues. "This was the second major project done by JK Builders. The 1950,s bathroom was gutted and redone with all new walls, floor,ceiling, door, trim work, plumbing, electric, toilet, vanity and wall cabinet. Dining room closets were reconfigured with new doors and trim. Electric, gas and water lines were run from basement to the second floor to convert hallway into a laundry room. Lastly the wall between LR and DR was widened to provide easier access and air flow. Everything was done professionally and done right."

"Honest, responsive and reliable. Lincoln was initially hired to replace/repair rotten facia boards . They wrapped the existing boards in aluminum while replacing rotten sections as needed. I requested additional unplanned work to remove siding from bay windows and to repair and paint the underneath trim. Al is quite personable and he made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Just to add that Luis, his assistant, is an excellent craftsman. Lincoln prices were reasonable andwould certainly consider them for future projects."

So, when Bill Miller came to my "rescue", and finally helped me finish many home improvements, from replacing front and back doors and storm doors with all the beautiful metal work on the outside, stone rock wall repair, to foundation scraping and painting, new construction of steps and deck to my back kitchen door, I could finally relax and feel so good about my home and all the things that needed to be done. He not only did "exceptional work", but he looked out for me, and pointed out other simple things I could do to make everything look nicer, as well as sticking with a "theme", like nickel door knobs matching nickel outdoor light fixtures, along with the nickel numbers on my new mailbox box post that he painted to make look so much nicer, , or that an outside window needed caulking. I plan on using him as my home improvement contractor for years to come.
