The Kind Home personnel were very communicative and easy to work with. The painters kept us up to date on when theyâ d be at the house and when the carpenters would be working along with the gutter replacement. It was a rainy time of year yet the workers were all able to work around the weather. We chose Kind because of the competitive price, the 10 year warranty and the way all of the personnel seemed fully on board with our project.

We are first time homeowners and were daunted by the process of identifying a company to paint the exterior of our 1910 bungalow in need of some major TLC. Kind Home Solutions made the process so painless! They were prompt, professional, competent, fair and well....kind. :) We requested a price estimate online and were able to schedule a time for a walk-around within two days. Tom was fantastic and took the time to learn about our needs and priorities, walk us through the process, and provide us with a quote. Once the bid was signed, we confirmed colors, scheduled the service, and viola! two weeks later the painting crew was onsite and scraping, caulking, and painting away. Austin and the guys were courteous and hardworking. We could not be happier with the final product! We will definitely work with Kind Home Solutions again in the future, and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a company to paint the exterior of their home.

For less than most of the other paint contractors on this level, they provided a first rate prep and paint job with a 10yr warranty on both materials and workmanship. And when my wife decided she didn't like the color she chose, they offered to repaint for cost. The crew that came out were polite, efficient and fast. They left behind an immaculate work site.
