Great project manager- did the job while I was out of state. High quality work and the project manager was very involved, very friendly and communicative, went out of her way to make a difficult project work (metallic painted ceilings… they look so cool!!!) I LOVE the results and will absolutely use them again next time!

I worked with Tom Carmichael and he was excellent. I had shingles blow off my roof in a recent windstorm and Tom was quick to come check out the damage, got me a quote the same day, and came out 2 days later to repair the roof. Iâ ve dealt with other companies in the past and they do not have this level of professionalism. I would highly recommend working with Tom at Kind Home Solutions!

Although this company's estimate was quite a bit higher than others I'd had, from the moment I spoke with Emily in their office, I knew I was hiring them! Every person with whom I conversed throughout the entire process was gracious, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of my time. There are not sufficient superlatives in the English language to describe our project manager, Lindsay. She stayed with us every step of the way, answered any question no matter how small, and seemed to really care about whether we were satisfied. Our house was built in 1898 and, because of Denver regulations, required lead certified painters to do the exterior job. I had not realized how much additional work was involved in lead mitigation and appreciated all of their expertise and explanations. There were also some areas of the home that needed wood repair or patching. Lindsay sent Joseph, master carpenter, and he fixed everything, including some things that we hadn't even noticed as needing attention. Victor and his painting crew were all great and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend this company for any painting job based on their skill and ability, but, even more so, I would recommend this team based on their kindness and customer service. It is clear that this is a team that enjoys working together, whose members are supportive of one another, and who have found that rare combination of high quality and humanity that should be the hallmark of more companies. This crew gets 10 stars!
