THIS COMPANY DAMAGES PROPERTY AND LIES ABOUT IT. Kind Home Solutions not only did a terrible job with the paint, leaving steaks, blotches, cracking paint and ruining the specific texture of our walls, but they also broke my cabinet and tried to hide it by gluing it together. It wasn?t until we told them that we found the problem that they admitted it. They offered to pay for the damage - however when provided the quote for the cost of the cabinet, shipping and installation they sent us a check for only a portion - as if we should pay for any part of their problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME DAMAGED AND RUINED! Pathetic customer service and management.

Did a good job, expeditiously

Kind Homes did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house. We got several estimates and they were comparable but Kind Homes’ warranty was exceptional. Terah was the project manager and she was ON IT! She and the crew, foreman Alex, delivered superior customer service. I had about given up on ever seeing good customer service ever again in my lifetime until Terah, Alex and the Kind Home crew came by our house. Exterior painting . Kind home was professional , thorough , and knowledgeable. The project manager Terah made the process from start to finish smooth . The paining crew worked hard to complete the job without any issues . The crew came back to add more paint to areas that needed additional paint . The individualized customer care was amazing . We’ve never experienced a company that made sure the customer was completely satisfied . The project manager and crew went above and beyond to ensure our exterior paint job was done to a high level of quality.

5 stars! This is going to be longwinded which is very unusual for me but I want to give Kind Home Soultions their just due. They were fantastic! The interior of my home has not been painted in 50 yrs. I know because I did it last with my father and brother so I know it was way overdue. I took 3 estimates. One was quite a bit cheaper but only one person. The other person came out and didn't want to do it because of the age and prep involved. I almost didn't do a review from Kind Home Solutions because at first I thought they might be to big as my home is only 1000sq. I ended up doing so and one of the best decisions I've ever made! First Dakota came out and gave me a very fair estimate so much so that I didn't even haggle with him over price as I am a haggler and always try to get the best deal but they were fair for both sides. They also gave me a good discount for doing it within the week. They are the best! I highly recommend them. Want to say more but can't.Character limitation

I was very impressed with Kind Home Painting. Our rep, Steve Andzuzewski, was professional, prompt, and very good with communication. Everything happened exactly on schedule and the quality was OUTSTANDING! The painters were terrific (even removing plastic so I could get back inside the house), and they cleaned up after themselves. They were done before the rain and we are very pleased with the results. I especially love the warranty - if we get hail (I mean, when...), they will come and fix it again. I would recommend this company to any of my friends. Also, I was very happy with the free color consult. She came out and together we picked a beautiful new shade for my home!

Sales rep was super charming, project manager was juggling several projects at once and felt like we got deprioritized during the job. Work was good. We had to have the team repaint the front door three times before it was without bubbling. They did stay and repaint it though so I was grateful for that.
