I cannot say enough positive about this company. It is rare anymore that you have an AMAZING experience with any type of company or customer service. This company KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! I met with Danielle, she was awesome, professional & very helpful. Austin managed the project for me and kept me in the loop about all the timing, work the guys were going to do and went above & beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. Emily was my contact in the office and she was thorough about making sure I received all my paperwork and communicated the pricing & payment terms. She is also responsible for making sure I had the links to make sure I could leave this review. I also had the fortune to speak with the owners (Whitney & Michael) ~ talk about an AMAZING staff and business. Every single one of these people worked together to create the most AWESOME & unexpected experience I could have ever hoped for. I did the typical "Get 3 quotes" thing and even though their price landed in the middle (only a little higher than the lowest), they are worth EVERY PENNY I paid for their service. Remember people, you only get your roof done or house painted every decade or so ~ make sure you use the BEST!! And in my opinion, it is Kind Home Solutions.
