In response to Michael Sutton s response you agreed to the price of the work and a start date and now you won t do the work, that is the bottom line you re using an excuse Not to do the work instead of honoring your word that s what your potential customers need to know about you.

Lisa and Casey, we're very disappointed to see this. We did enjoy meeting with you and had hoped to be able to build a lasting relationship together as we do with all of our potential clients. However, the quote you requested us to match was not apples to apples and had obvious differences in what was being offered. We do have our insurance coverage listed on our contract, we are accredited with the BBB, we do offer a 10 year written warranty, our prep process is fully itemized and detailed, our prep products are identified, and we have an online presence which clearly shows how much we care for our clients and their projects. None of these items could be verified by the quote or the company you provided. We do recognize that we are often not the cheapest option and there will always be cheaper paint companies out there. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest quality products and service for the best possible value. Upon careful consideration, with our team's well-being in mind, we came to the conclusion that we are not the right company for you and your project. We will absolutely take your feedback into consideration and thank you for providing it for us, so we can continue to improve our processes. As we move forward, we will be more cautious about what we say concerning matching a competitor's quote so as to insure a clear understanding between us and our clients. We do wish you the best of luck with your project. Thank you for the time and opportunity you provided us up to this point.

I used them for a whole-house exterior painting job. Everyone was very attentive, and communication around pricing and scheduling was clear up front. Great warranty and quality of work. I would definitely work with them again!

We just had an exceptional experience getting our exterior painted by Kind Home Solutions. Their pricing is competitive and qualify is top notch. But it is the care they showed to us that won us over. Michael, the company owner, provided our estimate. He is highly knowledgeable and a sincere person. Or project manager, Jeremy was great as well as the crew led by Ray and Jose. They were super polite, listened to our needs and provided a quality product at an affordable price. The company communicates well, are prompt and clean up when done. This was a painless process. I highly recommend that you give these guys the opportunity to WOW you. I am open to referrals if desired

Our house looks brand new!! The team put a lot of effort into prep work, sharp lines, and an overall crisp and clean product. We felt very comfortable with their knowledge and awareness of lead paint since our home is from the 50s. And the customer service is above and beyond! Everyone we spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The whole process from the estimate to the final walkthrough was seamless and easy, and communication during the painting included regular updates and pictures of progress. I would absolutely use them again, and will recommend them to everyone I know!! Especially loved working with Keith, his knowledge of old homes is fantastic and he encourages potential customers to give him a call directly. Thank you Kind Home Solutions!
