Fast efficient but somewhat messy. Alot of trash which they picked up but left some small amounts of rubbish in the yard and landscaping. Problems with trash blowing in the neighborhood.

I requested an online estimate for exterior painting, gutter replacement and wood rot repair on our Littleton mid-century modern. Katie called me within a half hour and arranged a same-day estimate with Ryota, Director of Construction Services. He prepared a digital estimate after careful examination of our home's exterior, then sat down to explain every aspect of it to us. We signed a contract on the spot, based on their clear and reasonable estimate, and were delighted to learn they could fit in our job within two weeks. In all facets of the project, each member of the Kind staff and painting crew was prompt, polite, professional, thoroughly explained each process in advance and answered our questions completely. Their work was performed very neatly, with complete clean-ups, accomplished on schedule, and we are very happy with the result. We would like to mention they also provided excellent follow-up. When we observed the gutter performance after the first rain, we noticed we needed another drain spout. They responded quickly to our request and installed it just a day or two later. It's working great -- the work was done efficiently and expertly -- and the problem has been resolved. We've already recommended Kind Home Solutions to a close-by neighbor who was impressed with the quality of the work and she has signed on for exterior painting. We can't recommend them highly enough! When we're ready for overdue interior painting, we will definitely use them.
