I signed a painting contract with Keystone on July 3, 2020, yet, as of September 21, I do not have a project start date from Keystone. Several attempts to get status have failed. Communications with Keystone is deplorable. Eleven weeks have elapsed without any explanation from Keystone.

They really did excellent work and were quite reasonable. I had a door installed that wasn’t quite standard, but they made it work.

Victor Sanchez and his team did above & beyond 5-star rating!!! Great people, very hard workers, and communicated very well during the entire window installation process. During the installation, my neighbors came over to get some information. The windows made my house look NEW! Thank you Victor & your team!!

Beware of this company. They are very unprofessional, did shabby work on my fence. Disrespectful of use of owner's utilities. The owner would not come over to check on our complaints until he realized we were not backing down. He would only offer us a $10 credit which was an insult to us. We refused that amount and he left the without actually seeing the problems. Bad customer service. He breach the contract because we were upset with his unsupervised workers who caused posts that were loose, cement crumbing, post depth inconsistent and not position 6 ft apart.

When we came out to meet with you regarding the project, you would not even allow us onto the property. If you would have allowed us to complete the project as quoted per our terms and conditions, we would have ensured your project was completed to your satisfaction. We wish you the best with future home improvement projects.

Professional and on time. Even showed up for estimate on Sunday. Communicated well. Included bid to fix and bid to rebuild. I really like owner and he was understanding of my situation. My father started working on deck and passed. They were ready to help my mom finish. Thanks for your kindness.
