We had our bathroom remodeled, and though it took quite a while to get the shower door in, we are very pleased with the finished product. Brian was our point of contact throughout.

They Sub Contract all their employees, do shoddy work dont come address an issue. Their Sub Contractors threaten to put a lien on our house fir non payment from Keystone. Their delivery company damaged our drainage system in October and has NEVER come to look. Once they get their money you can forget about getting anything from them. Their workers did not tar paper the extension on our patio addition and it rained 7 hours flooding our den. A month ago the outside patio started leaking and no one has come to look. Worst Customer Service ever.

Ongoing nightmare. What a horrible company! Six months later and our project is still not complete. At the start everything seemed perfect, but that's where it ended. Huge lack of communication between Leonard, Grace, the project manager and us. Lots of unanswered messages, texts, and phone calls. Days to weeks of no one working. Only once has debris been taken away. My husband has cleaned as much as he can, but we still have a four foot pile of reno debris in our backyard. We have an addition that we cannot use because it is not completed, a master bath that doesn't have a vanity/sink, working shower, nor toilet. Our bedroom floor has been completely removed but no flooring laid. One of the keystone windows will not open. Such a mess for our family of six. Lots of facebook reviews were done by bots and appear to be false.

Thank you for the amazing install on my new entry way door. Our neighbors keep asking who did it and we have told everyone how amazing Keystone is!! Our door stuck everytime we tried opening it before but now it is more attractive than ever and I dont ever have to worry about it sticking again!!!

Even with the delays because of manufacturing, Keystone was amazing to work with. The price was reasonable and they warranty their projects and labor and honor that warranty. Happy we went with this company.

WE used Keystone for our Patio Cover and outdoor kitchen. They were great. We are happy with the results and love cooking dinner outback for the family.

Greg is great. He sold us a project years ago for a previous company and we called him to help us with our current remodel and him and the Keystone team have been better than the team we dealt with before. They answer the phone when we call and we never have to wonder what is going on.

Jack installed a Generac Generator for us. We lost power during the freeze last year for 4 days so we immediately called Keystone to install a Generac Generator for us. They did great. Jack worked until the project was done and never complained. He was great.

We had some cracks in our drywall and called Keystone for handyman services and are not disappointed at all. They were able to repair the cracks and the drywall looks good as new!

I love my new deck that Keystone installed for me. I sit outside on it every night and can't wait to get my custom firepit built so I can enjoy that too! Hopefully we don't experience any freezes this year!
