Write a ReviewReplaced 2 tall French doors and 2 8 and tall patio doors with hurricane / security doors. AMAZING triple locking (top / middle and bottom) to get a good secure and weathertight seal. 2 have blinds between glass and 2 are wood grain inside. Good price - clean construction. They put up a plastic bubble around the work area - pretty cool. They shut like a vault door!
GREAT design and selection help. From old jacuzzi tub, ugly shower and long vanity with full length glued up mirror to THIS! Ya Good price. Regular clean up and on the job every day until done. Checked on if we were happy at least once a day.
BEST bathroom remodel! Kept area clean - love their designer suggestions and selections. Old jacuzzi tub and one long vanity / mirror into this! YA!
Had them out- quoted work with a very detailed scope and pricing was good. They updated my existing cabinets and replaced my counters. WOW it turned out great and much more affordable than a complete replacement.
We had old tall exterior doors. WE bought 2 sets of French doors and 2 single doors. All 8' tall and hurricane strength. AMAZING 3 way locks - so it pulls the door tight at the top. 2 doors are woodgrain with internal blinds. They put up plastic around each door area and had the new door ready to install right after taking out the old door. There wasn't a hole in the house for hours.
Did a great job - second project I’ve used them for- From design to completion was great and they were not the highest enclosed my outdoor space and added an outdoor kitchen.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I made the mistake of using them and wound up with horrible workmanship and inferior material. I had to hire a second contractor to remove the brick, shingles and roofing, then finish the job. I filed a lawsuit and won a summary judgement against the company.
Avoid this unethical scammers! Took over a year to get started. Construction workers inexperienced. Took 2 years to finish then I had hire a electricion to rewire the kitchen which was on 2 breakers, one for the stove and all the rest on one breaker. i hired someone to build the porch. The air conditioner that was installed was a 2 ton and I was suppose to get a 2 1/2 ton so i had to hire an air conditioner man to upgrade on my dollar. The bathroom septic baked up , finally they sent someone to fix that after I hired a lawyer. Lawyer told me to pay my last payment and then I never heard from Keystone again. I ended spending $17,000 to remedy all the mistakes and finish the remodel. Scam artists at work.
Sam, Leonard and Pam are as unethical as it comes. Hired them to build a patio addition. No one that came to my home was qualified to perform the work done. Nothing was inspected with the city despite lies that it was. When reports of leaking by the electrical outlets were made, ZERO response. For months. I had to hire another company to temporarily fix it. I?m in litigation to get my money back as we speak. Do NOT trust anyone from this company.
Don't do it. The company is a SCAM! Just google Keystone Home Pros Lawsuits and count the number. I wish I had known to do that when we started. We paid them a substantial amount of money to add a covered patio to our house. The subcontractors had zero oversight. What was built is not to code and our home was damaged in the process. We paid our own windstorm engineer to inspect what is done and it must all be ripped off and started over. What is there cannot even be upgraded to reach windstorm certification. Sam came out in July to review with promises to correct the issue. Nothing was done. After our lawyer contacted them in Sept, Sam came out in Oct with further promises to "Make it right." They then ghosted us. Just run away.
