The contractor agreed to provide a detailed receipt for the work that was performed, which was required by insurance company. Unfortunately, after completing the work, he never responded, despite repeated attempts to reach him. He has failed to provide the agreed-to documents. His team did good work, but it's sad that something as simple as paperwork ruined the job. He cost me over $1,000 in unpaid insurance reimbursements.

What an amazing job! Brian was extremely professional, fair pricing and awesome workmanship! PLEASE use this company for any and all work. It took me 3 other contractors, some at triple the quote, and never cared about my schedule. Kalanish Plastering & Drywall is my ONLY contractor now. SO THRILLED!!

A plumbing leak in our bathroom created a gaping whole in out hall ceiling at our entry way. I first tried several other contractors that we had experience with, but they were all booked solid. Brian provided a very quick response with a very reasonable estimate. Better yet, he could complete the job the following week. The crew showed up on time, were very professional, provided excellent dust control and completed the job in under four hours including outstanding clean up. I was very impressed. Brian will be the first person we call for any future work.

This is the 2nd project that I Kalanish Plastering and Drywall completed for me. They did such an amazing job the first time, I had to request their services for a 2nd time. And trust me, there will be a 3rd. Brian was exceptional. His customer service was above and beyond. When we met for the initial consult for the 2nd project, I explained to him what I "thought" I wanted/needed. I needed an entire ceiling replaced and another ceiling repaired. He was able to tell him the best plan of action to achieve it as well as the timeframe. He showed up right on time and was finished well before the estimated time. Needless to say, I am very happy with the end result. I recommend them for any of your plastering / drywall projects. Like I said, I will be calling them again. There is no one else out there with this quality of work and are reasonably priced.

I have a sanded textured ceiling not the shirl type more modern and the job was flawlessly matched. You cannot tell the repair part from the existing. So very pkeased at the neatness qickness and extremely reasonably priced

Provided a fast and fair proposal, started in a couple days, only took a couple of days to finish the whole job, cleaned up nicely, and the finished product looks great. What more can you ask for? They will be my go to contractor for future projects.
