KMA built a roof over my existing deck. They are very knowledgeable and worked directly with the municipality for permiting and inspection. They did an amazing job, and completed the work on time.

We had an excellent experience working with this company on a home renovation. They remodeled the bathroom and finished the basement to better accommodate our adult autistic son, and the entire process was handled with care and professionalism. They were easy to work with, honest and upfront about any issues that came up, and always communicated clearly. Most importantly, they completed the work in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. It meant a great deal to us to have a team that was respectful of our family’s needs and took the time to do things the right way. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy contractors.

Our house had significant storm damage. A third of the roof, half the siding, and a crushed back porch (20 feet by 13 feet) had to be replaced as the result of a fallen tree. The repair was done in two parts. KMA Carpentry and Contracting replaced the roof in a timely fashion. Their quoted scope of work for the roof was detailed and their price was competive. KMA then found Aluminium siding that matched siding that was installed on our house 55 years ago. The porch construction exceeded our expectations. Their price was very fair. KMA did not use subcontractors for our job. KMA is easy to work with. They are excellent carpenters; they did beautiful work.

If you want it done right these are your guys. Friendly and great to do business with. KMA built the porch and replaced the shingles on the house to match. Unbelievable results. They will always get my business.

We have utilized KMA for several projects and each was well done. The first project was our deck, addressing the failures of another contractor. Marshall and Adam not only fixed the failures, but completed what was otherwise an abandoned project. They did a beautiful job. The success of the deck gave us the confidence to move forward with a master bath renovation. They were detail oriented, conscientious of quality workmanship and sometimes worked weekends to keep the job on track. Their commitment to the job was evident and the end result was impressive. Feeling so fortunate to finally find a contractor like KMA, we proceeded with a third project - finishing our unfinished basement. The guys welcomed creative ideas in the layout/design and again took pride in their workmanship. Their commitment to the job was exemplary.
