They did a very good job. We were very pleased with the results.

Jeff was timely in response to giving bid, references, etc. The bid was reasonable and the job was completed efficiently. The porch stair look great. I will follow up with Jeff as I noticed the edges of the stairs are splintering and should have been sanded, there is also a crack of one of the wood boards. Jeff was polite and respectful of my time, scheduling etc. I feel comfortable having do more work on our old house.

We had some difference in how it should be designed, and Jeff changed his design to fit our wants. Did the job in the time estimated, they were quiet, left the site clean and checked in with us to see if things were going to our liking. They rates were very reasonable.

Excellent job, completed quickly (despite horrible weather), low estimate. Will have him do other jobs in future. Easy to work with.

The stairs turned out fantastic. He was very open with any design issues that came up during the construction and my wife and I would recomend him to any of our friends.

Jeff did an excellent job on this challenging project. He provided a very competitive bid and did excellent work. The project: Construct a new, replacement arbor for an old, large Clematis armandii vine that blew over in a recent windstorm. We had a rough sketch of what we had in mind and Jeff was creative and flexible working with us to finalize the design. He not only built a beautiful arbor but was very conscientious about getting the armandii back up on the new structure with a minimum of damage - not an easy task! I have no reservations recommending JC Yount Construction, Inc..

Mr. Yount showed up on time on every occaision, had tools and materials at hand, and went right to work. His staging needs were minimal and he did a very nice job of cleaning up, including hauling away the old staircase. The new steps are a JOY to see and use.

Our new deck looks great, and working with Jeff was easy, even during all the horrible weather we had. We're very satisfied with his workmanship, the cost of the project and how easy it was to communicate with him about our initial idea, the permitting process and then the project's progress. He cleaned up everything afterwards and we are very satisfied and have no regrets in choosing him. Two thumbs up!
