"Miguel Benitez removed a wallpaper boader in my kitchen. He did an excellent job. He removed the wallpaper, primed and repainted the wall in an afternoon for a reasonable price. It looks perfect. He was careful to protect other areas. I am very pleased with his work. In addition he is a pleasant and polite young man."

"Mike has now remodeled both our master bathroom and kitchen. The most recent is the kitchen and he did an amazing job! In a remodel that had several hiccups and delays from the cabinet and countertop vendors Mike was the bright spot with the people we worked with. He is very communicative, about what his plans are and suggests ideas of improvement if he sees them but doesnâ t push the idea. While working Mike is very friendly and helpful. We have two small children that love to talk to him while he is working and he is great with them and made them feel heard and respected. Contractors have a wide range of costs and quality when you are looking for a job. Based on the other quotes we received, Mike is good at knowing what parts of the job need the top of the line products and where he can save you a few cents on less important materials. As a result, I would rate Mike a 10/10 in terms of quality for the cost you are paying. We already have referred him to a family member and a co-worker and plan to refer him to others if asked along with using him again should the occasion arise for a new project."

"We received estimates from two firms to refinish our faded kitchen walnut veneer cabinets. ADI was about half the price of the other firm, but the consequence was they did the work onsite which meant we were without access to our kitchen for a week. The other firm proposed doing the work at their shops. Benjamin did was meticulous in masking our kitchen walls, windows, and ceiling and installing temporary plastic "walls" to minimize dust from sanding. The project was complicated because we refinished only the most faded and/or damaged cabinet doors and drawers which meant matching to the extent possible the doors and cabinets that were less faded and excluded from the project. We're very satisfied with the process and the results."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work.
