The ramp was top-notch work, and Jeff responded to a follow-up request in very short order and with a professional demeanor. Building in our garage was not an easy feat (tight quarters), but Jeff managed to work through it and produce incredible results. While the clean-up in the garage was perfect, there was quite a bit of sawdust left on the driveway. Outside of that very minor issue, we would enthusiastically recommend KCT Quality Construction for your project.

Tricky contract, not clear, and not done the work as promised. Poor quality!

This customer was confused as to painting of the door that was installed. The contract was very clear. We offered a large discount to paint the door and we are trying to get this customer completely satisfied! Up-dates soon.

The job required raising a section of deck 1 1/2 inches to pull it back into line with the rest of deck. Job was finished in good time. A barrow was pulled onto deck for conc mixing that was needed for new post in hillside. Should have been carried because it scraped three treads of steps pulling it onto deck. They cleaned up the treads so I can repaint. Job site was left clean.

The entire experience was exactly as expected. Jeff provided a detailed and fair quote to replace our back deck promptly, including labor, materials and haul-away. He scheduled the job the next week and took care of everything. We discussed the project in advance and several options for stain, lattice work and step placement. I felt Jeff's communciation was good, so I was involved in several decisions and there were no surprises. The new deck was completed in a few days and it looks great. The worksite was cleaned up completely. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

Jeff and his son do great work at very reasonable rates. I have hired them for several jobs and they always do a great job. They did a terrific job installing the door, we are very pleased. It's exactly what we wanted. We will definitely hire him again for future jobs.
