KCT was the only contractor out of five that listened to my specs for the project and bid what I asked for. Good response times to every inquiry, quality construction, and completed in the time quoted. Details in finish beyond spec made for an project we have only begun to enjoy.

Great job but often slow in responding to calls or inquiries. Other than that I have no complaints.

Jeff came in and offered a bid and a start/completion date. He later called and increased his bid price by cost of material but that was still acceptable. He came in and completed the job two days earlier than promised, cleaned up and left. Perfect work for pretty reasonable price and very quick. I highly recommend his services.

Jeff was great to work with. He came out promptly to provide an estimate and was able to fit us in quickly for the actual job. He finished it on time, exactly at the estimate, and we're very happy with the result. We'd definitely look to hire Jeff/KCT again for any future projects and don't have any problems recommending his work.

Jeff did a fine job but underbid the project. He was quick to come out and give a bid, but underestimated the time necessary to fix a fence.

I had the rails replaced on the steps that lead up to my front door. KCT did a great job replacing them, leveling everytihng out and getting it all put back together. The only reason a give a 4 1/2 stars is that the rails didn't line back up because skinnier rails had to be used than what I used to have. I'm not sure if that was because he couldn't find any the same size or if they should have been special ordered in advance. He did the best he could at lining the rails back up but we will have to work on the deck ourselves to try to get the rail lined up. Otherwise, they are good workers, fast, friendly and the price is right.

Jeff Yount built a 200 SQF deck with stairway for my rental property. I was looking for a cost-effective deck but also low-maintenance using mixed composite and pressure-treated materials. I collected many estimates and Jeff was the only one to meet my requirements. Jeff was very responsive (emails, phone) and flexible with my requests. He took care of the City building permit application and inspections very professionally. I highly recommend Jeff and will work with him again.

As requested, removed old deck and built a new deck in one day. Finished with railing the next day. The Deck is is extremely solid and looks great.
