Fast, efficient and reasonable priced. We received 4 bids and selected JD Yount because they were one of the best priced and the reviews were terrific. We are very happy we did. The deck is finished and looks great and was all done in a few days after we hired them.

Jeff did a great job with this small home remodel project. He was very easy to work with, trustworthy and conscientious. I would use him again for a similar project.

Under the worst weather conditions Jeff performed an outstanding job. Our expectations were exceeded with the outcome of our fence and deck project.

Most of the porch looks great, but the planning wasn't good for part and had to be redone. It didn't work as well as it would have if the planning had been done better. Also, the cement blocks should've been back farther and not sticking out--doesn't look good. Came and redid the cement blocks and so we are much happier with the porch.

Overall the deck is absolutely beautiful, and the price was excellent- best we saw. They were MUCH better priced than any of the other quotes I received, and it is a very nice porch- we have received many compliments since it has been completed. Some of the details could have been handled better- we didn't quite agree with how a few of the details were handled. Payment also was an issue- we agreed to a payment schedule, and then we were asked to write additional checks towards the end of the job. The price did not increase, but it was a minor inconvenience. Overall, very positive experience, and we would work with them again.

We are very happy with how well this project turned out. Jeff went above and beyond to complete the work in a timely manner... even working during the pouring rain at times! He paid attention to details, was happy to work with us in coming up with a design, cheerfully made modifications we requested, and provided us with a beautiful new front entry staircase, landing, and deck at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to hire Jeff again and will highly recommend him.

JD Yount does exceptional quality work. He repaired the home complete with ode upgrades, and we were very happy that we hired him. He's a trustworthy guy!

Price was good, was helpful and knowledgable. When demo of old deck found rotted siding on house underneath, replaced the siding at a reasonable cost in order to have the new deck done properly. However, had some miscommunication about exactly what I was looking for in my new deck. Still, the deck was done well and will last a long time.
