We were concerned about the presence of mold inside our house after we found dot rot due to water coming in behind our siding over a 10-year period. Paul Jose was pleasant and professional. He did the air samples in the room closest to the problem and also in the far corner of the house to make sure that our inside air was not a hazard. It was well worth the cost to give us "peace of mine".

Paul was here at the time specified. He performed a thorough air quality inspection of our home and he was able to identify the basic problem area! We were extremely satisfied with his work ethic, honesty and professionalism. We would definitely call on him in the future as needed and we will certainly recommend him yo others.

Paul was very knowledgeable and experienced. He taught us alot about mold and moisture. He was professional, on-time, did what he said he would, and when we asked questions, he was confident with the answers. We were very pleased and impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend him.

Paul found the reason the quality of air in our house was sub-par; none of the three vents in the attic from fans in laundry and bathrooms vented through to the outside! The skylights had rusting screws holding them in. He pointed out where there had been water damage in the home long before the owners sold it. Paul will suggest companies that he trusts to help us fix the problems. I wish we had selected Paul Jose to be the inspector on this home before we bought it 2 years ago.
