He gave me a lot of information that did not seem relevant or correct. I cancelled his check, and he said he works for a property management company. He contradicted what he said the day before.
Response from Company:
This customer lives in an apartment in a large complex that I have done work before for the other tenants, not the management company. I did my due diligence in this unit and found it to be dry except for around the toilet. The humidity was just a little high and I explained that I felt that there would be little mold in the breathable air of her would be low due to the dry conditions. Before I sent the samples off to the lab she texted me not to send them. I tried to call her to no avail. I believe that she thought I worked for the apartments which I do not, and stopped payment after I had spent my time and material in her unit.

Paul Jose scheduled a same day inspection, gave me an immediate report by voicemail, and a follow-up call in which we discussed his findings in detail. I had an emailed written report within a few hours of the inspection. My impression is that he knows his stuff, and he gave us prompt and reassuring service.
