Do not deal with him.

Rebecca has problems with another roofer and I inspected his work for free and set up an appointment because he was supposedly avoiding her about a leak and wanted the new roof tore off and replaced, and she said she needed help. So I helped and he met with her no problem but she wouldn't work with him while it was raining. I agreed to roof another area on another rental house for $2000. Later agreed to repair for $1000 instead she was excited to save the money. If it didn't fix the leak I'd reroof it for 1000$ Months later called back and wanted her $ for the leaks because I would not testify against the other roofer

Great communication, fixed the leak and fixed other issues that could potentially cause future leaks. Eric answered my phone call at 9 pm on a Friday night and was at my house by 10 am the next morning and had the problem resolved. Easy to talk to and explained the issue and how he would fix it. Quoted me fairly and honestly. I look forward to working with Eric in the future. Highly recommend.
