They did a wonderful job but there was miscommunication on his part about trip charge to give estimate which itÂ’s says he does free estimates and when he came to give estimate he said he would need additional piece which I told him I could go get in 15 minutes but he actually said he was little busy that day so he come back tomorrow. So then he charged me two trip charges $75 each and I questioned. He told me it cost to drive up and down road which was Sherwood to Cabot. So what does the women do, pay I guess. Frankly, got off guard. I did question it. Loved the work and the family owned company but you need to be upfront with someone. When you say a estimate is one price it usually doesnÂ’t go up $200. So basically the original job went up $50 from estimate and two trip charges of $75 each. Nothing in job changed and you used it teaching moment for worker too. Which I didnÂ’t mind. Like I said I really liked work and family but feel I was taken advantage of. Thanks

Eric arrived after 7 pm to look at hour leaking roof. Within minutes, he located the leak. He then fixed it and guaranteed his workmanship should it leak again. The only thing is that he was here, located and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and charged us $200, which I thought was a lot for 30 minutes. I won’t be able to judge his work until it rains.

I finally got up on the roof to inspect the work. supposedly there were 3 areas that were repaired. I could only find 1 area which appeared to be fixed just fine. I did talk to the manager that did the work and I do trust that he did fix the other 2 areas that I could not find. it has rained since the work was done and I cannot find any rain damage coming through into the ceilings below. I believe that the work was done completely.

Theybwere very friendly and courteous. The owner went above and beyond to work with my schedule. He also caught some other issues and was able to fix immediately. I would hire them again.
