This is a family owned business. I will definitely be hiring them again for future work around my house. They were prompt, professional, and met all the challenges I threw at them from harvesting a chain link fence to building another fence in a yard that is literally bedrock.

Outstanding I received a call from Eric to set up an appointment later in the day. Eric Called back and advised me he could have an employee on site with in a half hour if I liked. Kayden arrived , inspected roof, gave me a quote and repaired my roof in the same day.sure makes us feel more comfortable with our roof during this rainy weather.

do not used this company they are very nice but the work was so bad

This customer just wanted a free ride! So, we placed a level on every baluster to be absolutely leveled. If any had even a small crack where the screw went in he and she made us replace it. If they were even slightly bent, she made us replace them. Wanted it sanded where the chip was smooth. Complained about the different lengths of screws that could not even be seen. Said he wanted a full refund... but, I ended up giving 500$ said he wouldn't hear from him again so he would not keep nit-picking and let it go.

The entire experience was excellent. They were able to complete the repairs the same day and we were pleased with the price and the quality of work. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Timely and professional service. What I liked about their pricing, it was negotiable. The price was a little more than I expected, but with the excellent timeliness, and price negotiation, is was acceptable. I would use them again.

Response from Company:
This customer agreed to a price to do what we did and ended up needing more wood replaced that neither of us could see and my (guys) suggested we do the whole board and he didn't want to pay the extra so we did the partial board and extra work with no problem and no extra charge. Did nothing but rail me so I politely responded and did the work anyway very rude people. No grace whatsoever.
