He is not faithful to his word. He says someone will show up the next day and no one comes. I work hard for my money and I have paid more than half down for the deposit and no work has been done yet. No date has been solidified. Give me a date, time and stick to it. Eric has no sense of urgency.

I have already hung the gutters and almost finished whenever she posted this. She would not even change this. We did let her know it'd be after 2pm and didn't make it till the next morning. I did not know there was even a problem. Went the extra mile. dropped the price below all her bids! nothing could make her happy.

We got a very timely quote and they suggested we not install gutters. Cow to find out they do not do gutters but know a contractor that does. The work we agreed to have them do they worked at the next day but the contractor was not present to oversee and make sure everything was done properly. The key work under the house looked poorly done. The two people doing the work were very young, maybe high school-aged boys, and would not have the experience needed to execute the projects with any of the skills we needed. I had to explain what was not done properly and wait for a minimum level of quality before sending them on there way. I do not recommend this contract. They are expensive and not experienced enough to do all of the work they claim to be experts at.

We are a 30-year-old company the MEN that worked are 18 and 22 old enough to be in the military and are experienced. I am the owner at 49 and we are family owned and operated. I was there off and on giving estimates in the area. The owner does not even live there to know if I was even there. He never expressed any problems and was selling the house so I discouraged the new gutters to save him the money and is what sold him on me doing the job. We do install gutters. We cut a massive load of limbs and hauled them off most would not even dare to attempt on such a steep slope. We removed the junk gutter repaired holes in roof and repaired wood.
