quoted cleaning gutters by getting on roof and blowing out leaves with a leaf blower. all that was done is he took a ladder to each corner of house and cleaned out down spouts. took only a few minutes and said he was done. was more interested in selling me gutter covers.i did buy covers for 2 sides of the house under sales pressure and regret doing it as I do not know if the gutters were really clean before covers were put on. would never recommend this person to do any work on anybodys house. did not clean gutters as quoted and was insulted when I asked him after he said he was done if he was going to go up on roof and blow out gutters as he said he was going to do. has 2 sons working for him, one of the sons found and cleaned out a clogged downspout as he was putting on covers, I have no idea how many other downspoutes as still clogged up, am going to hire someone to go up on roof to do the job correctly. should have never allowed this person to do any work.

I know the work he is speaking of and yes there were very few leaves but I went down the whole house not just each corner of the house. There were leaves and I assure you we cleaned them out good and it was my oldest son 19 who caught 1 down spout that wasn't cleaned that I missed. The tree line on the side and the back of his house in which I did recommend the guards and never did I get offended at anything he said. We are very respectful to our customers, so much so that he complained about a drop of oil on his drive way so I parked way down the drive from that point forward. I'm sorry but he never expressed any problem, if so, I would have dealt.
